Senior Pastor Marc and Tanya Scarborough have a heart for ministry and were chosen as Senior Pastor and First Lady on June 25, 2021, by our founding Bishop Emeritus Frank L. Stewart.  They have a passion to serve and have demonstrated that commitment by feeding the homeless; leading bible study; serving as the Minister of Music, a missionary in the Philippines, an elder, and as Assistant Pastor for over the past 20 years. 

Pastor Marc is an Los Angeles native and knew that he was destined to preach the gospel, often preaching to kids on the playground and in grade school. Inheriting a love for music from his Grammy award-winning father Clarence “Skip’ Scarborough he initially followed in his footsteps. However, he felt a call to the ministry and responded by entering into seminary and earning his degree in Pastoral Theology from the International College of Bible Theology. He also assisted pastors in the Antelope Valley area, including Total Deliverance C.O.G.I.C, Greater Harvest Fellowship, and the Mojave Assembly of God as Associate Pastor and worship leader before returning to Zoe Christian Fellowship of Los Angeles. He also serves as a Chaplain for Traditions Health Hospice in Lancaster, CA.

Pastor Marc has a passion for souls and is excited to see people come to Jesus. He is excited to see communities transformed for Christ by imparting the word of God to whosoever will have an ear to hear. He believes that the Word of God can transform hearts and minds and drive the action that will impact our world for Jesus Christ.
